Delivery & Shipping Policy (Australia)

Where we ship:
International (street addresses & PO Boxes).

Order flow:

  1. Design confirmed and proof sent within 24 hours (email).

  2. You approve → production begins.

  3. Stitching & finishing (7–21 days typical; Baby/Throw on the faster end; Queen/King may take longer).

  4. Dispatch with tracking (Australia Post or comparable courier).

Transit times:
Metro 3–5 business days; regional/remote 5–8 business days. Peak periods (Nov–Dec) may take longer.

Cut-off guidance (Christmas/occasions):
We publish recommended order-by dates; these are guidance only. We will always be transparent if a deadline looks tight.

Authority to Leave:
You can opt in at checkout. If selected, loss/theft after delivery is the recipient’s responsibility.

Address changes:
Email support@azdaryn.com.au as soon as possible. If the parcel has already shipped, any redirection fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can repair or replace promptly.
