- Custom/personalised pieces are made for you—no change-of-mind returns.
- You’re protected by Australian Consumer Law for faulty/not-as-described items.
- 30-Day Love-It: ready-to-ship (non-custom) items can be returned unused.
- 365-Day Craft Care: we’ll fix any workmanship issues.
Full policy
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Your purchase comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If there’s a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement; for minor issues we will repair within a reasonable time.
- Custom & personalised items: Because they’re made to your specification (size, palette, stitched names/dates), we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your ACL rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
- Ready-to-Ship (non-custom) items: Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, provided the piece is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
- 30-Day Love-It promise (non-custom): If it’s not quite right, we’ll refund or exchange. Email us first for an RMA and instructions.
- 365-Day Craft Care (all items): If any workmanship issue appears within 365 days (e.g., a seam/stitch fault), we’ll repair or replace at our cost. Normal wear, misuse, and accidental damage aren’t covered, but we’ll always try to help.
- How to lodge a return/issue:
- Email support@azdaryn.com.au within 30 days (or ASAP for faults), include order # and photos.
- We’ll assess and advise next steps (repair, replacement, refund).
- For approved returns: use the label we provide; return within 14 days.
- Refund method & timing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days of item receipt/approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
- Non-returnables: Gift cards, items marked “Final Sale,” and used/washed textiles (unless faulty).
